Performing lunges on the board can help improve your stability as it forces your muscles to work harder to maintain balance. Pulses are great for isolating the glute muscles, allowing you to build strength without needing heavy weights. One great tip is to hold certain positions, like pulses or a static lunge, for a few seconds longer than usual to increase muscle endurance and tone. Exercises like "through the needle" and "flybird" (if familiar with Pilates moves) can also be adapted on the Pilates board to vary your glutes routine and keep your workouts interesting. Not only does training at home save time, but using a tool like this board makes it easier to focus on muscle control and form.
