Breakfast prep idea under $14 (5 days)

Food high gas high everything high lol, and we live in a world where the healthier options aren’t always the affordable one. So with this series I plan to make it easier to help you stay on track with your weight loss and your finances!

I have a video posted where I made this breakfast burrito prep and it came out sooooo good 😋😋. You can of course sub the turkey bacon and egg whites to your preference, just be mindful.

Remember meal prepping not only saves you money but encourages you to stay on track with your eating habits. Go to the grocery store tomorrow and prep this for the week 🔥
