Easy Gut-Friendly Chocolate Snack Bites

I made these Chocolate Cheerio Energy Bites and they came out SO good, not too sweet, perfectly chewy, and actually good for your gut. I added chia + flax for extra fiber and mixed in dark chocolate chips + coconut flakes for that perfect texture.

✨ Recipe ✨

• 1 cup Chocolate Cheerios, lightly crushed

• ¾ cup rolled oats

• ½ cup natural peanut or almond butter

• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (I used honey and drizzled extra on before placing to cool)

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 tbsp ground flax

• Pinch of sea salt

Optional: mini dark-chocolate chips, coconut flakes (I added both!)

Instructions⬇️

Mix everything together until fully coated

Roll into small bite-sized balls

Chill for 30 minutes and store in the fridge

Why it works: Fiber, healthy fats, no refined sugar overload, and it satisfies sweet cravings without the guilt.
