Having healthier habits

Here are some healthy goals I’m going to challenge myself to continue throughout the year of 2025:

🫶Monthly Budgeting - I am planning on budgeting my finances for each month. I have found a cute template that I like on Canva and I’m using goodnotes to set it up like a notebook.

🫶Healthier Meal Options - As a teacher who lives a good distance from the school, it can be hard to find breakfast options that can be eaten on the go. I have found a few options that have worked for me. The one pictured is Plain Greek yogurt, rolled oats, 1 fresh apple and a drizzle of syrup or honey. This is all roughly under 200 calories and FILLING!

🫶Skincare - I have always had a hard time finding skincare that works for me. I’ve struggled with acne ever since I was 10 years old. Being 24, I still don’t have it down😂 however with Lemon8’s community, I have been finding routines that are working for me and my skin. Here’s to continuing finding products that work for me!
