As an exclusively pumping mama of a HUNGRY boy, i like to prioritize water and hydration over anything! But I also try to eat a lot of protein and calories because I feel like it helps me after all the nutrients is literally being SUCKED out of my body! 😅 that protein coffee in the morning really helps a lot, I look forward to it first thing in the morning 🤣 anyone else?
