Okay, so since I mentioned my leg day and prepping for my friend's wedding in Puerto Vallarta, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into what really goes into getting that 'summer bod' feeling! It’s about building sustainable habits, not just chasing quick fixes. Hydration is HUGE – I aim to drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily. It helps with everything from energy levels to skin health! And sleep? Getting 7-8 hours makes a massive difference in energy, mood, and muscle recovery. When you’re well-rested, you just naturally feel more vibrant and confident. And let's not forget about what you're fueling your body with. I'm not about restrictive diets, but rather making smarter, nourishing choices. I focus on plenty of lean protein to support muscle repair and growth, healthy fats for overall health, and complex carbs for sustained energy. Think grilled chicken and veggies, avocado toast, and plenty of fresh fruit. It’s all about fueling your body so it can perform its best during those intense Leg Day sessions and recover efficiently. Ultimately, feeling amazing and confident in your own skin comes from a combination of all these things. It's about respecting your body, working hard, and celebrating every small victory along the way. The goal isn't perfection, but consistent progress and feeling strong and happy from the inside out.
