If you get bad cramps like me, I know how annoying that can be. One method i use to release tension and not be in so much pain is streching.

Some streches i do include

-Butterfly

- Cat/ Cow

- Child's pose

- Resting pigeon

-Boat

- Forward fold

These help me feel less pain. I hope they can help you too. What poses or things do you guys do to release pain?

Before stretching: warm up! I recommend stretching AFTER a workout or doing something physical. Even if you go for a 10 minute walk beforehand, itโ€™s better than doing nothing. Hold each of these stretches for at least 30 seconds. Repeat on the other side and then try your splits on both legs.
