Protein Mug Cake 🍰💪
Ingredients:
✅ 2 tbsp oat or almond flour
✅ 1 scoop of protein (vanilla or chocolate)
✅ 1 tbsp cocoa powder (chocolate if you want)
✅ ½ tsp baking powder
✅ 1 egg
✅ 2 tbsp almond milk
✅ 1 tbsp honey or sweetener to taste
✅ 1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a cup until you get a homogeneous dough.
2️⃣ Microwave for 60-90 seconds (adjust according to power).
3️⃣ Let it cool a little and enjoy. Ready in minutes!
