Protein Chocolate Volcano 🍫🔥😋

Ingredients:

✅ 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

✅ 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

✅ 1 egg

✅ 2 tbsp oat or almond flour

✅ 1/4 tsp baking powder

✅ 2 tbsp almond milk

✅ 1 tbsp honey or sweetener to taste

✅ 1 square of unsweetened chocolate (for the center)

Preparation:

1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.

2️⃣ Pour into a small, greased mold and place the chocolate in the center.

3️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes (the center should be soft).

4️⃣ Let it rest for a few minutes, unmold, and enjoy the melted chocolate volcano. Spectacular and high in protein!

💡 Tip: Serve with Greek yogurt or berries.
