I typically get up around 4:30 in the morning because of my daughter. At first, I hated it, but eventually, I ended up enjoying it way more than I ever expected. She’s in bed between 5–6 p.m. and sleeps until 4:30–5 a.m., so it works. She’s also 14 months old. It definitely helps give you more time—not only for yourself, but to focus on the things you really need to focus on.
