Give out tricks to cope with the hot sun in Thailand ☀️💦
It's so hot in April that we're inspired to write this post, go out whenever the skin burns, or our Thailand gets hotter and hotter. No, let's see how to deal with this weather. 🥵
1️⃣ protective equipment
🧴 sunscreen: SPF50 is recommended, the more PA is available, the better. If not, at least SPF30 is better than not. The most important is the face, but the better.
🕶️ Sunglasses: This range of carry, whether walking across the road or driving, keeps us from being too focused, comfortable to see in the sun.
🧢 Hat: Wearing it will help us see better without sunglasses, and reduce the chance of headaches from prolonged sun exposure.
🪭 Portable / Blowing Fan: Used to streamline the wind in times of sunburn and then without much circulating air. It helps a lot, especially when walking.
2️⃣. Food.
🧊 + Ice: Health Choices on Hot Days Can Replace Water Wasted with Sweat
🥤: Sometimes we want to drink something fresh on a hot day, we can drink juice or iced tea.
🍦 ice cream: Or perhaps prolonged sun exposure makes us tired and wastes a lot of energy until hungry. Ice cream is considered a good choice that adds sugar and makes us more rejuvenated.
3️⃣, sun inside.
💨 Fan set: Sometimes we just want more wind to circulate inside the room. A fan set up is a good choice to keep it from getting too cold.
❄️ Air: In case of extreme heat, sometimes unbearable, it's better to turn on the air, cool and fresh.
⛱️ Umbrella: It's indispensable to leave the shade for a moment, effectively protecting UV radiation for a long time when we're preparing to go out.
