Quick & Healthy Snack Idea

This is rather simple and can be docked up according to how you like your yogurt. I don’t have any milk to make cereal but I do have yogurt so here we are🥹

1/2 - 1 cup of Plain nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/4 cereal of your choice

(I used Post Honey Bunches of Oats)

1-2 Tbps of Raw Honey

♡ I recommend adding fruits for a sweeter taste and nutrients ♡

This is basically what you’d buy in store for the individual packs of yogurt but more affordable.

These two make a great combination as it’s good for your digestive system, health, your bones, and restores your energy. It’s the probiotic you need in your daily life.
