💭 How I Cope with Anxiety
Some days the heart is pounding for no reason, really. 🫣
Anxiety doesn't always make sense - but that's okay.
I used to think I had to "recover from anxiety."
But really... just "living with it understandably" is enough. 🕊️
🌸 1.Take a deep and slow breath (Breathe mindful)
Breath is the easiest heart remedy.
Deep breaths calm the mind and bring you back to now.
☕ 2. Write out what worries you.
Sometimes writing helps to distinguish "truth" from "thought" more clearly.
💬 3. Talk to someone who trusts.
Don't solve the problem. Just getting a little bit lighter. 🫶🏻
🌿 4. Stop social for a while (Take a digital break)
Sometimes scrolling the screen indefinitely increases unconscious anxiety.
🌤️ 5. Let yourself rest (Allow yourself to rest)
You don't have to be productive every day.
Some days, "inaction" is also mental care. 💖
