Today’s meal prep is Shrimp, broccoli, and Jasmine rice. 5 large Shrimp (70cal), 7oz Broccoli (70cal), and 1/2 cup Jasmine rice (320cal). Total calories: 460cal, 81g carbs, 26g protein, and 0g fat. I only eat 2 meals a day and a protein meal replacement shake each morning (200cal). Let’s wooooorrrk
