You don't need to struggle with mental health

Anxiety disorder can affect your life. I'm in the business of coaching people to improve their health. Please message me if you need help.

... Read moreLiving with anxiety disorder can often feel like being stuck in survival mode, as the phrase from the image suggests: "um es hat in survival mode fur zu Lange gedauert" (it has lasted too long in survival mode). This means your mind and body have been in a prolonged state of stress, where you constantly feel the need to fight just to get through the day. However, the key message to remember is that "you don’t have to keep trying to struggle" and "you deserve rest." Giving yourself permission to slow down and embrace moments of peace can be transformative. Mental health is not about fighting against your feelings but accepting them and finding ways to restore balance. One practical step towards recovery involves seeking coaching and support, as the article’s author suggests. Mental health coaching can provide personalized strategies to manage anxiety, improve coping skills, and encourage healthier habits. This support can help you shift from a constant battle to a steadier state of wellbeing, as highlighted by the word "steady" in the image. Importantly, peace isn’t something to be fought for—it’s something to be cultivated. Simple daily practices such as mindfulness, breathing exercises, and journaling can help ease anxiety symptoms and create a sense of calm. Remember that healing is a process, and allowing yourself time to rest and feel good is part of that journey. If you or someone you know is struggling with anxiety, reaching out for help is a strong and essential step. Many people benefit from connecting with professionals who specialize in mental health coaching, therapy, or counseling. You are not alone, and support is available to help you move towards a more peaceful and healthy life.

Soft Living Starts With Mental Health
Self-care is often marketed as candles, baths, and pretty routines, but mental health taught me that real self-care is much quieter and much braver than that. Sometimes self-care looks like logging off instead of pushing through. Sometimes it’s canceling plans without guilt. Sometimes it’s cho

A person with curly blonde hair has mascara applied, with an overlay of empowering affirmations: 'You are beautiful You are kind You are loved You are strong You are resilient'.
Things I STOPPED doing for my mental health!
Listening to sad music- I love sad music, I think it’s beautiful and relatable. But the reality is it does not help in any way shape or form. It puts you in a negative mindset and you end up in a never ending loop. You’re sad so you listen to sad music, which makes you more sad. And so it repeats.
