Charcoal Stove Pizza (2-Face Half Order in 1 Tray): Bake Fresh Tray per Tray from a Real Charcoal Stove! Soft Outer Framed Powder in. The smell of charcoal stove burning dough is very clear. Concentrated sauce and cheese is stretchy and satisfying. To order Half like this is the most problematic because I tried 2 flavors in one tray. 🍕
Atmosphere: Cool and casual decoration. The shop is relatively small. 🪑 There are not many tables. It fits a small group of 2-3 people. Or brings a girlfriend to eat more than a big gang.
⏳ Waiting time: Since it is freshly made dishes per dish (and sometimes there are few people making it), the food may be a little chilly. Recommended in no hurry. Sitting and talking, waiting for hot pizza will be the best.

ถ้าคุณเป็นสายแป้งหรือชื่นชอบเมนูคราฟต์โฮมเมด บอกเลยว่า Black Fat เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่ไม่ควรพลาดเมื่อมาเยือนศรีราชา เพราะพิซซ่าเตาถ่านของที่นี่อบสด ๆ ใหม่ ๆ ถาดต่อถาดจากเตาถ่านจริง ๆ ทำให้กลิ่นหอมของแป้งไหม้เตาถ่านและความกรอบนอกนุ่มในของแป้งเพิ่มมิติในการทานได้อย่างมาก เมนูพิเศษที่ผมชอบคือแบบ Half ที่เลือกได้สองหน้าในถาดเดียว ช่วยให้ได้ลิ้มรสชาติหลากหลาย โดยเฉพาะหน้าคาโบนาร่าที่ซอสเข้มข้นและชีสที่ยืดดึ๋งดั๋ง ช่วยเพิ่มความฟินทุกคำ การมาที่ร้านนี้ควรเผื่อเวลารออาหารกันหน่อย เนื่องจากร้านเน้นทำอาหารสดใหม่ไม่เน้นการทำล่วงหน้ารวมถึงบางช่วงเวลาจะมีพ่อครัวไม่กี่คน ซึ่งทำให้บริการอาจช้ากว่าโรงแรมใหญ่ แต่ถ้ามองในแง่คุณภาพและรสชาติแล้วคุ้มค่ามาก ร้านนี้เหมาะสำหรับกลุ่มเล็ก ๆ 2-3 คน หรือพาคู่เดตมานั่งชิล เพราะร้านไม่ใหญ่และตกแต่งด้วยสไตล์เท่ ๆ สบาย ๆ ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง ที่จอดรถอาจจะต้องหาจอดริมถนนหรือบริเวณใกล้เคียงและเดินเข้าร้าน แต่แทบไม่น่าเกรงใจเลยเพราะความอร่อยและบรรยากาศทั้งหมดจะชดเชยได้ดี อีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ที่น่าสนใจคือเบอร์เกอร์ชิ้นยักษ์ของทางร้านตามที่ได้ยินมาว่าเน้นชิ้นใหญ่เต็มคำพร้อมชีสเยิ้ม ๆ ที่ใครหลายคนชื่นชอบ ตอนนี้ยังไม่ได้ลองส่วนนี้แต่ถ้ามีโอกาสจะรีวิวเพิ่มเติมไปอีกแน่นอน ส่วนเมนูเครื่องเคียง เช่น เฟรนช์ฟรายส์ ไก่ทอด ก็ถูกใจมากเช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ Black Fat ยังเข้าร่วมโครงการไทยช่วยไทยพลัส ทำให้มีโปรโมชั่นและสิทธิพิเศษสำหรับลูกค้าอีกด้วย การเดินทางสะดวกและเปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่ 10:00-21:00 น. เหมาะมากสำหรับมื้อกลางวันหรือมื้อเย็น ถ้าอยากลองพิซซ่าเตาถ่านแท้ๆ หรือเบอร์เกอร์คราฟต์ที่มีจุดเด่นชีสเยิ้มจริง ๆ ต้องมาที่นี่เลยครับ Black Fat เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับคนรักอาหารอารมณ์สบาย ๆ ในชลบุรี
