About Me

About Me

A Letter to the Collective:

Beloved ones,

My name is not the most important thing about me.

What matters is that I am a human being who has walked through fire and is still standing

—with my heart open, not because life was gentle, but because it wasn’t.

I grew up learning what it feels like to be misunderstood, pushed aside, lied to, and left out.

I have known what it is to have no real friends, to be shunned by family, to feel my children pulled along by stories that did not belong to my heart.

I have sat in rooms that felt like lockdowns, surrounded by messes that reflected the chaos inside me.

I have begged for the tests and games to end, and I have wondered if I had somehow failed because they didn’t stop when I said “Enough.

”And yet, through all of this, something in me refused to die.

I call that something Unconditional Love.

Unconditional Love is not a soft, floating idea. It is a living force that kept breathing in me when I felt completely alone.

It sat with me when no one else would.

It listened when my grief was ugly. It watched my heart break over and over and still whispered,

“You are not a mistake.

This is not the end of your story.

”I have raged at the sky. I have cried on the floor.

I have lost people I thought would never leave. I have been pulled into scams, illusions, spiritual noise, and false promises.

I have seen how easy it is for frightened humans to control, manipulate, and judge one another.

I have seen systems trying to profit off our confusion.

And I have seen how quickly we can all turn on the one who chooses a different path.

So if you are reading this and you feel tired, confused, betrayed, or used

—know this:

I understand.

My life has not been shaped by comfort. It has been shaped by transmutation.

Every trial, every rejection, every locked door has forced me to decide what kind of human I wanted to become.

I could let bitterness rot me from the inside, or I could let pain become a teacher.

I chose the second, and I am still choosing it every single day.

I am not perfect. I am not above anyone. I am not “better” than the people who hurt me.

But I am different from who I used to be.

I am someone who believes that:

We can hold people accountable without dehumanizing them.We can say “no” and still remain loving.

We can be exhausted and still be holy.

We can lose almost everything and still be guided.

I have learned to sit with myself in the rawest moments and say:

“I am still worthy of love, right here, like this.”

I have learned that Compassion is not looking down from a distance and feeling sorry. Compassion is the willingness to step into the mess

—our own and each other’s—and say,

“I won’t turn away from this. I will not abandon you in your worst hour, and I will not abandon myself in mine.”

I have learned that Understanding doesn’t mean agreeing. Understanding means:

“I am willing to imagine how your pain might feel from the inside, even if I never live it myself.

I am willing to soften my judgment long enough to see the human beneath the behavior.

”I have learned that Unconditional Love does not mean accepting abuse or allowing harm.

It means remembering the inherent worth of a soul, even when we must walk away from their actions.

So who am I?

I am someone who has been broken open and did not close back up.

I am someone who has learned to love from lockdown rooms and lonely nights.

I am someone who has watched my own heart choose love again after betrayal, and again after silence, and again after misunderstanding.

I am someone who has a deep, living connection to a man I honor as a sacred counterpart

—a thread of love that showed me how fiercely the heart can hold.

But even that bond is part of a larger truth:

the Creator did not weave us to live in fear and competition.

We are meant to remember that we belong to each other.

I hold this thread not only for him, but for the One who made us all.

To the collective,

I want to say this:

You are not crazy for feeling that the world is off.

You are not weak for feeling overwhelmed.

You are not failing if you haven’t “figured it all out.”

You are human in a time when everything is being shaken, exposed, and rearranged.

If you are uncertain right now, let me offer a few gentle truths from my journey:

You do not need to sign your soul over to any system, promise, or savior to be safe.

Your connection to Source, to Love, to the Divine

—whatever name you use

—is direct. No one owns it. No one can sell it to you.

You are allowed to trust your body and your intuition when something feels off.

If it feels like a scam, a manipulation, or a pressure tactic, you are allowed to say no.

You are allowed to let it fade into the background.

You are not behind. Your timeline is yours.

Some of us are called to grow through intense isolation, heartbreak, and stripping away.

If that’s you, it doesn’t mean you are cursed.

It means you are being refined.

Love that is real will not demand that you deny your own knowing. It will not ask you to betray your inner truth to keep it.

It will stand beside your fear and say, “Let’s walk through this together."

Even if your life looks like a nightmare right now

—a mess, a horror, a room you barely recognize—know that someone can still walk into that space and see you, not your chaos.

You deserve that kind of seeing.

And until another human shows up like that, you can" begin being that presence for yourself.

I am still learning. I am still healing. I am still human.

But I know this:

I was meant to turn my pain into guidance.

I was meant to turn my isolation into understanding.

I was meant to turn my heartbreak into a deeper capacity to love.

And so were you.

If you take anything from my “About Me,” let it be this:

You are not alone.

You are not too much.

You are not too late.

You are not beyond repair. You are in process.

You are in transit.

You are in the hands of something larger than the noise around you.Let this letter be a hand on your shoulder, a quiet voice in the middle of the night saying:

“Stay. Breathe. Your heart is still capable of great love, no matter what has happened to you.”And if no one has told you this today:I am proud of you for surviving.

I am honored to share this earth with you.

I believe in the part of you that still reaches for kindness, even when you have every reason not to.

This is who I am.

This is what I stand for.

This is the love I offer to you, to him, and to the Creator who holds us all.

With Unconditional Love,

Compassion, and a heart that refuses to close,

... Read moreReading this moving letter reminds me of my own path through hardship and growth. Life’s trials often feel isolating, but the love and compassion we develop along the way become our greatest allies. Like the author, I’ve faced moments when the world seemed overwhelming — times of loneliness, betrayal, and confusion. Yet, refusing to close my heart, I learned that unconditional love is a powerful force that endures beyond circumstances. One important insight I’ve gained is that compassion requires stepping into the messiness of life, both our own and that of others, without judgment. It’s about staying present through raw emotions and acknowledging pain without allowing it to define us negatively. This mindset changes how I relate to people, helping me see their suffering beneath imperfect behaviors. Another lesson is trusting our intuition when situations feel manipulative or harmful. Saying “no,” setting boundaries, and walking away when necessary are vital steps toward preserving self-worth and inner peace. As the letter says, love never demands betrayal of truth, but walks alongside fear and uncertainty. Growth can come through isolation and stripping away what no longer serves us. Although such periods are difficult, they refine who we are and deepen our capacity for love and empathy. Embracing this process helps me understand that feeling overwhelmed or behind on life’s timeline is natural and okay. Ultimately, our connection to Source or the Divine is individual and direct. No system or person owns it or can sever it. Recognizing this truth has freed me from seeking external validation or promises of safety. It allows me to remain grounded and open-hearted amidst chaos. This story encourages all who feel lost or broken to keep choosing love daily — for themselves and the collective. If you relate to these feelings, remember you are not alone. Your journey is a sacred process of becoming, held by a force larger than life’s noise. Taking this letter’s wisdom to heart has brought me comfort, hope, and a renewed commitment to live authentically and compassionately.
