Pros & Cons Of Being The Older Sibling
👍Pros:
-you get to honor to be responsible for others outside of yourself and in turn you learn leadership skills early
-you learn to be organized, accountable and disciplined
-you learn give love that is entirely bigger than yourself
-you get to thrive in the abundance of family, faith and community
-you get to truly be a hero in your own way
-Most times you are honored first because you’re the first
-you get to have people that you love so much look up to you as you set the pace for them to follow
-you get the joy of spoiling your siblings as needed
-you gain respect, joy and some sort of fulfillment in turn for how well you carry yourself and them along
🤔Cons:
-sometimes you can easily get neglected and make other’s lives your priority
-most times, no one asks how you’re doing because it seems like you have everything under control
-you can consciously or unconsciously become a control freak because that’s the only way to keep the order. Loosing control means everything goes to pieces and you will be expected to clean up the mess later on so you try to prevent that from happening.
-you can become too scared of the unknown
