\ With vanilla ice cream / One bite sweet potato 🍠 ♡

Easy to use commercially available ice cream! 🤭✨

(I adjusted the amount a little from last year's recipe!)

⏰ 25 minutes

Materials (about 20)

・ Sweet potato 300g

・ Super Cup Vanilla 1 / 3 to 1 / 2

Please adjust the amount depending on the sweet potato! It is recommended to add 1 / 3 of it first and increase it while watching the situation!

・ 25g unsalted butter

・ Sugar tablespoon 2

・ Egg yolk (for gloss)

・ Black sesame (optional)

How to make

① Peel the sweet potato and cut it into rings (if it is large, cut it in half) and soak it in water for about 5 minutes.

② Throw away the water, wrap it gently, heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 6 minutes and crush it.

③ While it is still hot, add butter and mix.

Add the Super Cup and mix.

⑤ Add sugar and mix.

⑥ Roll up and brush with egg yolk to make it glossy. Top with black sesame seeds.

⑦ 6 minutes in a toaster at 200 ℃ until browned

In the case of an oven, heat it in an oven preheated to 200 ℃ for about 15 minutes. (Using the upper stage)

⑥ If there is a lot of water and it does not come together
