BROWNED BUTTER SWEET POTATO PIE

Who hates the strings in sweet potato pie? 🙋🏽‍♀️I Do!

This is a no string sweet potato pie recipe.

1 stick butter

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

2 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

1/2 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup of heavy cream

1/4 cup condensed milk

1 eggs

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tsp salt

1 9inch pie crust (preference deep dish)

Bake at 350 for 50mins - 1hr with pie shield to keep crust from browning too fast.
