Making the best caramel ever 🫶

Making caramel is a technique, you have to be patient one small distraction or increase in temperature at the wrong time and boom 🤯 you have burnt sugar.

Patience and constant movement and I might call you a pro. I did add salt to my caramel because I like the taste but that is completely up to you and you don’t have to.

Now you can’t eat this everyday Bcz well… it’s sugar and butter 😅😅 but it’s addictive ….
