Foods I switched from..
I know it’s probably not for everybody but I have a very research and experimental driven brain. In January I had a deep feeling that I might have endometriosis and PCOS. So I started doing heavy research on all the things that worked best and what triggered them. I looked at diet and supplemental needs. But I REALLY wanted to take a deep dive into the #naturopathicmedicine side of it! I took full advantage of my dad being a manager of a Natural Grocers and he got me connected with their naturopathic nutritionists at his store and I booked an online webinar to better understand PCOS, how it works, functions, how to approach it naturally with daily supplements and diet. I decided to do a elimination diet and slowly began eliminating all the foods that I thought could be triggering my:
Weight gain
Inflammation
Joint pain
Moon face
Facial flushing
Bloating
And one by one my symptoms started to subside. The first being my severe inflammation and joint pain. The main thing that has really lifted is my mindset and advocating for health and my mental well being in this whole journey and change 🖤

Wow that’s really interesting!!! I was diagnosed with endometriosis 15 years ago. After endless surgeries and research I am still learning. I didn’t understand why my face was so swollen I thought it was a allergic reaction but to my surprise it wasn’t I had to cut out stress and foods and add vitamins Thank you 🙏🏾!
