Line: Milk + 1 handful of almonds with the rest of the morning candy.
Noon: Spicy curry in chicken (little cooked, use salinity from the paste alone, no sugar, no MSG)
Cool: Oatmeal porridge (heat the pork and shrimp that used to be shoveled, sprinkle on the oatmeal with water and put in a wave for 5 minutes, slightly embroidered celery, make it colorful), sprinkle some pink salt and a little more.
