Chicken Gyro
🥙 Chicken Gyros with Creamy Tzatziki

Ingredients
Chicken Marinade
• 1½ lbs chicken breast or thighs, cut into strips
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 1½ tsp oregano
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
Tzatziki Sauce
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• ½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp freeze-dried dill
• Salt to taste
Cucumber Tomato Salad
• Chopped cucumber
• Diced tomato
• Thinly sliced red onion
• Salt & pepper
• Splash of lemon juice or red wine vinegar
For Serving
• Garlic naan bread
• Optional: French fries on the side 🍟

Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken
Combine all marinade ingredients. Coat chicken well and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
3. Make the tzatziki
Mix all ingredients and chill 20–30 minutes to let flavors come together.
4. Prep the salad
Toss cucumber, tomato, and onion with seasoning and lemon juice.
5. Assemble the gyros
