Salted Caramel Apple Crisp

I baked the salted caramel right into the apple filling so every bite is sweet, buttery, and perfectly spiced. Then topped it with a crunchy crumble and finished it with vanilla ice cream on top 🤤
Warm, gooey, crispy, and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve made at home.
Apple Filling:
• 5–6 apples (peeled + sliced)
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp flour
• ¼–⅓ cup salted caramel sauce
Mix everything together (including caramel) and spread in baking dish.
Crumble Topping:
• 1 cup oats
• ¾ cup flour
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup cold butter (cubed)
Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top.
Bake:
• 350°F for 35–45 minutes until bubbly + golden
