Making this quiche is surprisingly simple. First, you'll whisk together your chickpea flour with unsweetened plant milk until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps. Then, stir in your veggie bouillon, nutritional yeast (for that cheesy, umami depth!), a pinch of turmeric for color, and salt to taste.
