Chicken salad
Got myself the pre mix salad
You can use any salad mixing but I used the Sunflower bacon crunch. I don’t like bacon so I don’t use it.
I oven baked my chicken with light seasoning. I didn’t use any oils or fats to cook the chicken. I left the skin behind to keep it from drying up.
-Rinse chicken
-Season with black pepper, garlic salt, and paprika
-Hand rub until full coated
I added carrots, cucumbers, apple slices and chow mein noodles.
Once the chicken was ready, I shredded it, and added it to the layers.
