Creating a balanced workout routine is essential for maintaining fitness, especially for busy individuals. My weekly workout split includes a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility workouts. Starting with Monday's Arms workout, I focus on building upper body strength. On Wednesdays, I dedicate time to Legs, ensuring that both major muscle groups receive attention. Thursday is reserved for Booty exercises, enhancing glute strength which is crucial for overall fitness. Fridays are about Full Body Stretching to improve flexibility and recovery. Lastly, Sundays are reserved for Yoga, promoting relaxation and mental health. Each workout typically starts or ends with a mile walk, which is a great way to warm up or cool down. Sticking to this routine allows for adaptability throughout the week while ensuring all aspects of fitness are covered.
