Stuck for Years🫠

Woman of God, you’re not lacking perseverance.

You’re lacking structure.

You pray.

You listen.

You feel inspired.

But nothing changes consistently.

Why?

Because growth is not sustained by motivation

or what feels good in the moment.

It’s sustained by structure.

Without it, you repeat the same cycles…

even with good intentions.

If your growth feels inconsistent,

it’s not a motivation issue.

It’s a structure issue.

If this is where you are, stay close.

I’m going to show you what’s been missing.

The message about structure resonated deeply because I realized my daily routine was unpredictable and driven by how I felt in the moment. For instance, when prayers and inspirations were strong, I would act boldly; yet, during less inspired times, I found myself slipping back into old patterns. The key shift came when I started creating structured habits—like setting specific times for reflection, organizing actionable steps after inspired moments, and tracking my progress weekly. This approach transformed my growth by giving me anchors beyond fleeting motivation. Also, embracing the concept of "staying cozy" with my goals helped me remain gentle with myself through setbacks while maintaining steady momentum. The phrase “1 Gmta FOCUS” reminded me to focus on one thing at a time, avoiding overwhelm which often caused me to stall. I encourage women, especially fellow believers, to examine their daily routines and identify where structure can be introduced. Small changes like journaling your progress, scheduling accountability partners, or creating mini action plans after moments of inspiration can make a world of difference. Growth becomes sustainable when built on intentional patterns rather than waiting for motivation to strike. Remember, it’s not about perfection but consistency. When structure meets faith and perseverance, breakthroughs follow, and cycles of being stuck finally break.
