หลายคนถามว่า “ผู้หญิงหุ่นดีทำยังไง” แบบที่ถ่ายเซลฟี่หน้ากระจกแล้วเห็นหุ่นกระชับจริงๆ สำหรับเรา (จากที่ลองผิดลองถูกมาตลอดปี 2025) มันไม่ได้เป็นเรื่องออกกำลังกายอย่างเดียว แต่เป็น “นิสัยเล็กๆ ทุกวัน” ที่ทำให้หุ่นสวยหรือพังได้เลย 1) ตั้งเป้าให้ “ตื่นมาพุงไม่ย้วย” ก่อน เราชอบโฟกัสแค่น้ำหนัก แต่สิ่งที่เห็นชัดสุดคือรอบเอว/พุงนิ่ม-พุงตึง วันไหนนอนพอ + ไม่กินมั่วก่อนนอน ตื่นมาหน้าท้องแบนกว่าแบบรู้สึกได้จริงๆ วิธีที่ช่วยคือกำหนดเวลาเข้านอนให้คงที่ และพยายามให้ได้ช่วง 22:00–02:00 บ่อยที่สุด 2) ทริคงดแสงสีฟ้าแบบทำได้จริง ถ้าเลิกมือถือ 1 ชั่วโมงก่อนนอนยากมาก เราใช้วิธี “ค่อยๆ ลด” เช่น 30 นาทีแรกก่อน แล้วค่อยเพิ่มเป็น 45–60 นาที พร้อมเปิดโหมดถนอมสายตา/ลดแสงสีฟ้าไว้ตลอดช่วงค่ำ สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้หลับลึกขึ้น พอหลับดี ระบบเผาผลาญตอนนอนก็ทำงานดีขึ้นตามที่สังเกตได้ 3) โปรตีนให้พอ = หุ่นกระชับไวขึ้น ผู้หญิงหุ่นสวยส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้อด แต่ “กินโปรตีนถึง” เราใช้หลักง่ายๆ เริ่มที่ 1.2 เท่าของน้ำหนักตัว (กก.) เป็นกรัม/วัน เช่น หนัก 55 กก. ตั้งเป้าโปรตีนประมาณ 66 กรัม/วัน แล้วค่อยปรับตามเป้าหมาย (ลีน/เพิ่มกล้าม/ลดน้ำหนัก) แหล่งที่เราชอบ: อกไก่ ไข่ โยเกิร์ตกรีก เต้าหู้ ปลา นมโปรตีนสูง 4) ถ้าไม่อยากนับแคลอรี่ตลอด ให้ทำ “จานมาตรฐาน” ช่วงแรกเราลองนับแคลอรี่แค่ 1 อาทิตย์เพื่อรู้ว่าตัวเองเผลอกินอะไรเยอะ หลังจากนั้นใช้วิธีจัดจาน: โปรตีน 1 ฝ่ามือ + ผัก 2 กำมือ + คาร์บ 1 กำมือ + ไขมันดีนิดหน่อย ทำให้คุมปริมาณได้โดยไม่เครียด และไม่หลุดแบบกินน้อยแต่แคลอรี่สูง 5) ถ้าอยากเป็นผู้หญิงหุ่นดี ให้ระวัง “ของกินก่อนนอน” ขนมกรุบกรอบ/แอลกอฮอล์ก่อนนอนคือกับดักสุดๆ เราเปลี่ยนเป็นตัวเลือกเบาๆ เช่น โยเกิร์ตโปรตีนสูง ผลไม้เล็กน้อย หรือชาสมุนไพรไม่หวาน และพยายามเว้นอาหารก่อนนอนอย่างน้อย 3 ชั่วโมง สรุปคือ หุ่นดีไม่จำเป็นต้องโหด แต่ต้องทำถูกจุด: นอนให้พอ ลดแสงสีฟ้า คุมเวลามื้อเย็น รู้ปริมาณที่กิน และกินโปรตีนให้ถึง แล้วหุ่นจะค่อยๆ กระชับแบบยั่งยืนค่ะ
