just getting my protein intake through meals by eating 3-4 meals a day w. snacks in between & strength training..
sn: there’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking supplements!! I personally just want to see how my body performs naturally & I want to avoid any artificial ingredients!
In the past, ive take a protein powder, but shortly after taking it I stopped due to it causing me to bloat, cramp etc. & your girl dont have time for that lol.. so I chose to just eat whole foods and strength train🤍!!

Gaining weight without supplements can be a beneficial approach, especially for those seeking to minimize artificial ingredients in their diet. By focusing on whole foods rich in protein, such as chicken, fish, nuts, and legumes, individuals can effectively meet their nutritional needs. Strength training plays a critical role in promoting muscle growth and enhancing overall physique. Combining meals with snacks throughout the day ensures consistent energy levels, further supporting weight gain. Many individuals have reported that supplement use can cause discomfort or unwanted side effects, leading them to prefer natural food sources instead. In this way, you can achieve your weight gain goals while nurturing your body with wholesome nutrients and avoiding potential digestive issues often linked to processed supplements. Your diet is your ally, and by making informed choices, you can experience a successful body transformation. Consider tracking your protein intake to ensure you meet daily goals, and don't shy away from consulting a nutritionist for personalized advice. Weight gain journeys differ for everyone, with some finding success through increased calorie intake and others through targeted exercise routines. Each person's path can vary, so it's essential to find what works best for you!
