"Vegetable Champon 🍜"

~ Materials ~
2 bags of Chinese noodles
100 g pork
1 / 4 cabbage
1 / 5 carrot
1 / 4 onion
2 chikuwa
1 / 3 fish cake
1 liter of water
● Chicken soup tablespoon 1
● Soy sauce tablespoon 2
● mirin tablespoon 2
● Sugar tablespoon 1
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
200 ml milk

~ How to make ~
① Roughly cut the cabbage, cut the onion into combs, and cut the carrots into clappers
② When the pork is fried and cooked, add the vegetables
③ Shred the chikuwa and slice the kamaboko thinly
④ When the vegetables are soft, add water
⑤ Add chikuwa and kamaboko, and add ● seasoning
