I started having bloating issues for a while and these are the remedies that helps my bloating issues under control. I love home remedies and natural healing compared to prescription medications 💊.

Reduce Gassy Foods: Certain foods, like beans, lentils, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage), onions, garlic, and dairy products for people with lactose intolerance, can cause gas and bloating. Limit these foods or try introducing them gradually.

Reduce Sodium🧂 : Excess sodium can contribute to water retention and bloating. Limit processed foods, and salty snacks, and add table salt in your cooking.

Staying Hydrated💧: Drinking plenty of water helps your body process food efficiently and can reduce bloating caused by constipation.

Manage Stress: Stress can worsen digestive issues, including bloating. Practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, or meditation to manage stress levels.
