私自身も病院がとても苦手で、待っている間はいつも緊張してしまいます。特に診察前は車で待機するのが一番落ち着ける場所です。病院内は匂いなどが独特で不安になることが多いのですが、少しだけ探検してみると気が紛れて少し楽になりますよ。薬が出来上がるまでの時間はとても長く感じるので、車で横になって休むのがおすすめです。病院に行く前には、薬の領収書や紹介状の保管方法をしっかり確認しておくと安心です。また婦人科の内診にトラウマを持っている方も多いですが、事前に病院の雰囲気や口コミを調べてみると心構えができて少し緊張が和らぎます。例えば「ふないり脳クリニック」や「昭和大学病院膠原病外来」など、気になる病院のレビューを探してみるのも良いでしょう。個人的には、病院内でも短時間であれば匂いに慣れて落ち着ける瞬間もありますし、薬がなくなると困ってしまうので毎月の通院は必要不可欠です。車は実は苦手ですが、自宅だけが本当に安らげる場所なので、帰宅後はゆっくり休んで体調を整えています。皆さんも自分なりのリラックス法を見つけて少しでも快適に病院通いを乗り越えてくださいね。
