Ingredients

- 600g potato (weighed peeled and raw)

- 1 head of garlic + 1 tbsp olive oil

- 3 1/2 tbsp corn starch

- 2 tsp each: onion, garlic, cayenne, paprika, parsley

- Salt to taste

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp grated parmesan

For the stuffing:

- 130g Mozerella (cut into 10g cubes)

For the coating:

- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup panko

- 1 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley

- 2 tbsp grated parmesan

- 2 eggs

- 1 tbsp milk

To fry:

- vegetable oil
