FOODS THAT MADE ME HAPPIER THIS WEEK

I really think that our relationship with food takes a bit of a toll on the rest of the years we don’t prioritize it.

Here’s what I’ve learned about eating better and picking better options.

*you don’t have to, you can eat everything in moderation (however it’s important to prioritize greens like celery, brussels, spinach, broccoli, and whatever else you like that are good greens. These clear up skin, & brain fog like a champ!

*breakfast can be fun when you make it something filling and tasty. Eggs are great, but I became tired of eating them every day. Instead, opt for oatmeal and toppings that might taste good with that consistency! Wraps are also so good! Potatoes and soy chorizo is also a favorite of mine when eggs start to feel bland.

*juice juice juice! Cut out preservatives, cut out canned or bottled juices. Make them at home instead with real fruit and vegetables. Juicing has changed my whole life.

Let’s embrace the idea that healthy eating can be fun and fulfilling, encouraging us to make better choices for a happier lifestyle. Remember, eating well doesn't mean sacrificing enjoyment!
