🧘🏽‍♀️. i love to focus on my chakras individually & with purpose & focus.

i usually work my chakras depending on how i’m feeling or in accordance with what’s happening in my astrological charts 📈 💫♑️ i’m currently focusing on one chakra a month, clearing up towards my crown

~this month is the HEART CHAKRA🌱

💚✨the heart chakra, known as "anahata" in sanskrit, is also referred to by other names: fourth chakra, green chakra, love chakra, heart center

🙂‍↕️ our anahata, is located in the center of the chest, near the heart. it is situated along the spine, at the level of the heart, & is considered the fourth primary chakra in the body's energy system. this chakra governs the heart, lungs, & circulatory system, & is associated with love, compassion, & emotional balance .

WAYS TO CLEAR THE HEART CHAKRA:

-lean into the colors green & pink

-use stones & crystals like rose quartz, green aventurine, emerald, rhodochrosite, malachite, pink tourmaline, jade, green calcite, peridot, amazonite

-take a soothing bath with essential oils.🛁🫧 like: rose, lavender, geranium, ylang ylang, jasmine, bergamot, marjoram, palmarosa, neroli & clary sage

-practice using affirmations👍🏾⛳️

~📔🍾🍃🧛🏾‍♀️i’ll make time in my daily practice to journal, meditate, move & find chances to act in service.

-use the sound frequency that resonates with the heart chakra at **639 Hz**.

this frequency is associated with fostering love, compassion, & emotional healing.

-i will lean deeper into yoga poses that typically involve chest opening & back bending, helping to release tension in the chest & upper back while promoting feelings of love, compassion & emotional balance.

•my hope is when life gets wild, i’ll have a go-to place to meditate in. i’ll be less likely to skip my inner work & before the holidays, i’ll have worked through to my crown. 📿🖤
