🌻Seven Stones to Happiness🥰
FIRST STONE: Be happy for no reason. There's nothing you need to become, nothing that needs to happen, in order for you to be Happy. HAPPINESS IS SIMPLY A CHOICE.
Let go of the "when/then" game: "When I lose 10 pounds, then I'll be happy." "When I'm in that perfect relationship, then I'll be happy." For deep Healing let Christ enter & take All your pressing problems.
Here's the deal: Happiness doesn't come when you've achieved your goals--it's what allows you to achieve them. The happiness that you seek is not the reward waiting for you at the end of your journey. It's what makes the journey possible in the first place. Acceptance is the path to Happiness.
SECOND STONE:End the blame game. Do you blame others for the way your life has unfolded or is unfolding? Is it the fault of your childhood, your spouse, your boss, or the current state of world affairs that you are not happy? Are you giving away your power by seeing yourself as a victim?
To become empowered you have to take responsibility for yourself & for the way your life is going. NO person or event can determine the shape of your life unless you allow it. You allow it when you choose the safety of powerlessness or the risk of self-determination.The only failure in life is not choosing for yourself how you're going to live it. When you choose responsibility, a glorious thing happens: You stop living life in half measures & your life blooms in all its richness. Surrender to new Growth.
THIRD STONE: Simplify. Authenticity has a very hard time flourishing in the weed-strewn soil of complexity. You must pull out the weeds & make space for your soul desires to flourish. Simplifying involves ridding yourself of materials, activities, & people that drain or scatter your energy. Clutter is the most visible sign of an overgrown life. After you've cleared some physical space, see if you can free up some Time. Without time to slow down & connect to your heart, you won't be able to hear its whisperings.
Finally, you've got to rid yourself of people who are toxic to you, who weigh you down instead of uplifting you. Plant the seeds of authenticity & cultivate your passions. Allow yourself time for Reflection & Repentance.
FOURTH STONE: Relish being selfish. Oh no, I used the "S" word! We've been told for so long that being selfish is bad. If you stop to think about it, anyone who says so is probably saying it out of a selfish desire for you to follow their rules! There is nothing wrong with serving the Self a short time.
It's exhausting to try to be all things to all people. You have to put your needs & desires first in order to serve others joyfully.
Become mindful. Concentrate your energy into the singular expansion of your own genius & uniqueness.
Selfishness in the highest sense of the word is about being Yourself so fully that you can share yourself fully with others. Find a resting place to discover the joyful Peace within. Remember you are made new in Christ. Get to know the new you!
FIFTH STONE:Do your healing work, now! Healing work is about confronting the habits, hurts, & fears that keep you living small. When you allow the fullness of who you are to step into the light, healing manifests. The need for escapism, cures, & self-destructive habits diminish.
Let go of any guilt, pain, anger, or unworthiness that you're experiencing. Open up the channel of effortless being so the Holy Spirit Power can flow through you. Become the instrument of the Spirit you are meant to be. There are many ways to heal, using meditation, therapy to EFT to Prayer.
Find what works for you & commit to shifting any beliefs or feelings that are holding you back. Focus on Love one day at a time.
SIXTH STONE: Cultivate compassion. Compassion is a profound human emotion. It pulls us out of ethnocentrism, enabling us to experience oneness with Others & with all creation. This is another facet of authenticity because compassion removes the ego's false gods of idolatry, competition, & immorality from their thrones.
It allows us an expanded view of the world--as Spirit sees it. There is nothing more Freeing than allowing others their choices, then supporting them instead of trying to change them, or honoring their own ability to guide themselves. Compassion, Empathy, and Mercy become keys to wholesome Relationships that Emulate Christ.
SEVENTH STONE: Integration is essential for the Seventh STONE of PEACE. Integration requires Healthy maintainence for your Mind, Heart, Soul & Body, inside & out.
Nurture good habits as far as nutrition, exercise, water, & enjoyment through maintaining and developing close family ties, cultivating deep friendships, & engage in meaningful work, study, hobbies, & never stop trying new things. Be happy!🙏

Reading about the Seven Stones to Happiness reminded me of my personal journey toward cultivating true joy and inner peace. One of the earliest stones — choosing happiness for no reason — really hit home. I used to think happiness was something I’d achieve after hitting certain life goals, like getting a promotion or finding the perfect relationship. But I’ve learned that happiness is a daily choice, an acceptance of life as it is, rather than waiting for ideal circumstances. This shift allowed me to stop postponing my joy. Another stone I found powerful was ending the blame game. For years, I struggled with feeling victimized by past experiences and external circumstances. Taking responsibility for my thoughts and choices was liberating. It empowered me to move forward and shape my own life instead of being stuck in resentment or helplessness. Simplification has transformed my daily routine immensely. When I declutter my environment and minimize distractions, I have more space to connect with my true desires and passions. This also applies to relationships — distancing myself from toxic influences created more room for authentic connections that nourish my spirit. I admit, embracing selfishness in a positive way was challenging at first. It took me some time to realize that putting my needs first wasn’t selfish in a harmful sense but essential for well-being. When I take care of myself, I am more present and joyful in serving others. Healing work is ongoing for me. Exploring techniques like meditation, therapy, and prayer have helped me let go of old wounds and self-limiting beliefs. What really made a difference was commitment — healing is a process that requires patience and daily attention. Cultivating compassion has expanded my perspective and deepened my empathy toward others. It freed me from judgment and nurtured a sense of oneness with all beings. Practicing compassion regularly motivates me to support others’ journeys without trying to control or change them. Finally, the importance of integration resonates strongly. Balancing physical health, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth creates harmony in life. Maintaining healthy habits, nurturing relationships, and seeking new experiences keep me grounded and fulfilled. Overall, these Seven Stones are more than abstract concepts; they are practical guideposts. Applying them in daily life helps me experience joy, authenticity, and peace in a very real and tangible way. Remembering to "Believe," "Do it one day at a time," and "Never stop looking up" as inspired by the uplifting words I've seen, reminds me that happiness is an ongoing journey worth cultivating with intention and love.
