Searing the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side locks in those juicy flavors and creates that irresistible buttery crust. I also like to add a pat of butter, fresh garlic, and herbs like rosemary or thyme toward the end of cooking and baste the steak to infuse it with extra aroma and richness. Letting the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in tender bites every time.
