Auscultation of heart sounds learned in nursing practice | 5 auscultation parts and recording of heart murmur

When auscultation is performed for heart sounds, it is sometimes difficult to record not only the sounds heard, but also which part is systolic or diastolic.

In this article, we organize the five auscultation sites, the characteristics of sounds I, II, III, and IV, and the concept of systolic and diastolic periods. You can also check the viewpoint of recording heart murmurs in five phases: temporal phase, strongest point, strength, nature, and dissipation. Let's save it so that we can look back before practice and when making records.
