南瓜豆腐肉丸汤 <Pumpkin Tofu Meat Balls Soup>
材料 Ingredients:
南瓜 Pumpkin 500g
豆腐 Tofu 4 pcs
红萝卜 1 根 Carrot 1 pc
肉丸子 适量 Some meat balls
清水 Water: 约 1.5 公升 (about 1.5 liters)
做法 Instructions:
1。 将南瓜、红萝卜洗净切块,豆腐切小块备用。
Wash and cut the pumpkin and carrots into chunks. Tofu cut into small pieces.
2。锅中加入约 1.5 公升的清水煮滚,加入南瓜,胡萝卜煮滚转小火煮 20 分钟,加入肉丸和豆腐煮滚至肉丸熟透。下盐调味即可。
Add about 1.5 liters of water into a pot, bring to boil, add in pumpkin and carrots, boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer about 20 mins. Add in tofu and meat balls, boil until the ingredients are tender and the broth is rich and flavorful. Season with salt.
