- sautéed apples followed by a salted caramel reduction
- add cinnamon and 1 cup of water with a splash of milk and another splash of skinny syrup and a dash of salt
- once boiling add half a cup of oats
- mix well and stir for two minutes
- top with cinnamon and enjoy
