After my second baby my postpartum rage, anxiety, and depression got the absolute best of me.

I was a TRAIN WRECK. I had no help, no support, husband constantly traveling…

I was diagnosed with adhd and I couldn’t take medication (breastfeeding) so i inew i had to do something about it!

For the last 3 years ive been working on recovering from burnout and sharing the journey 🤍
