Calorie Deficit?
Hi ya’ll. It’s been awhile. I needed some time away from social media, but as some of ya’ll know I posted a post about almost 2 or 3 weeks ago about my starting to loose weight journey and since then I’ve lost 3 more pounds but I feel stuck and I’m trying to be in a calorie deficit but I’ve used so many different TDEE calculators to see how many calories I should be eating in a day and I seem to get different numbers from different calculators or apps. Can anyone help ? or do you guys have ang tips for me please?
I really want to loose weight and I’ve been eating healthier and less portions and working out but I’m feeling very discouraged. I know change doesn’t happen fast and I won’t be able to see the changes asap but I just want some help or tips to make sure I’m going in the right direction.

How different are the numbers? It’s best to start with one TDEE, see what happens over a month, and adjust if needed. But 3 lbs in 2-3 weeks is great, it sounds like the number you’re already using is right. Feel free to message me if you want to chat about it, I tracked calories to lose weight a while back.
