Step back lunge slowly 12 × 3 / side -- > This one is done before going to run. Like a warm-up
Arm swing 5 minutes -- > Walk to swing arm to
Standing twist 20 × 3 -- > Walk to do it
Stretch a little bit. Because running and the tense line is confused.
