Have a Sweet tooth ? But want to lose fat? 🍭🍰
An addiction to sugar is hard to break at first. Going cold turkey does not work for everyone.
So here’s a few snacks that are sweet. And lower in sugar to help you to reduce your overall sugar intake.
For me sugar and sodium were the hardest things to reduce when I started this journey.
I’ve found ways around to sodium (mostly just make your own food)
Now with sugar you can also make your own things.
But sometimes you’ll fall into the “bad habits” of snacking.
Especially at the beginning. If you keep healthier snacks around that’ll actually cure your cravings. You’re less likely to over indulge.
Before when I did the whole “get rid of it” I’d just order what I was craving.
So I know some people with say STOP SNACKING.
But just stop snacking all the time.
2 snacks or even 3 is actually recommended.
If you over restrict yourself during the day it can lead to binge eating at night.
Wanna stay fuller longer ? Eat more protein , fiber and drink more water.
Happy eating !

For those on a weight loss journey, managing sugar cravings can be challenging. Fortunately, there are a variety of lower-calorie, sweet snack options available that help curb those cravings without compromising your dietary goals. Foods like shortbread cookies with zero added sugar, low-calorie ice cream bars, and natural fruit snacks can provide sweetness while keeping caloric intake in check. Incorporating snacks that are high in protein and fiber can also enhance feelings of fullness throughout the day, potentially reducing the urge to snack excessively at night. Additionally, being mindful of portion sizes is crucial; even healthy snacks can contribute to weight gain if consumed in excess. Look for snacks that are marketed as “no added sugar” or “low sugar” and check for natural ingredients without artificial additives. Stay hydrated as well, as sometimes thirst can be confused with hunger. Remember, moderation is key in any diet. Embracing a balanced approach towards snacking can make your weight loss journey more enjoyable and sustainable. Happy shopping and snacking! 🌟
