[Materials]
・ Tangmyeon ・ ・ ・ 50g
(One serving of your favorite noodles is OK)
・ Silken tofu ・ ・ ・ 150g
2 slices of bacon
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
・ Garlic tube ・ ・ ・ 1 / 2 tsp
・ Gochujang ・ ・ ・ 2 teaspoons
・ Doubanjiang ・ ・ ・ 1 / 2 teaspoon
Water: 230 ml
☆ 1 egg
☆ grated cheese ・ ・ ・ tablespoon 2
☆ Consomme ・ ・ ・ 1 teaspoon
☆ Garlic tube... a little
☆ Salt and pepper... a little
Black pepper... a little
♡ 1 egg yolk
[How to make]
① Prepare your favorite noodles
② Put the silken tofu in a heat-resistant bowl and heat it in a microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
③ Combine the ☆ ingredients in ② and mix with a whisk or blender until smooth
④ Cut the bacon into 1cm wide pieces and mix quickly.
⑤ Wrap gently and heat in the microwave at 600W for 2 minutes
⑥ Mix well with your favorite noodles and top with ♡ ingredients to complete ~ 👏🏻
