It’s also helpful to set clear priorities and break down larger projects into manageable chunks, so you don’t get overwhelmed. Interestingly, the term "SANAIR," as seen in the related image content, reminds me of the importance of proper air circulation and environment comfort in staying focused. A well-ventilated and quiet space aids mental clarity and prevents fatigue.
