calorie tracking is getting a bad rep but maybe that’s your missing piece. daripada dengar orang kata takboleh makan nasi lah takboleh makan oat lah. better belajar kira kalori, buat untuk 2-3 minggu. on e dah boleh agak each portion tu berapa kalori, dah takpayah kira dah. tapi inshaAllah goals st
