Running is going to make you lose more fat then running becuase while running burns more calories than walking, walking can still be an effective way to lose fat, and there are several ways to increase the number of calories you burn.

🏃🏽‍♀️ - However, walking is still an effective weight-loss strategy if done with enough intensity and volume. "Running isn't more effective than walking for weight loss in terms of choosing an exercise method, so long as you are doing an equal amount of work,"

🏃🏽‍♀️ - Have a burn in your lower chest when running? In threw your nose out threw you mouth. When we put stress on our bodies by running, we may struggle to breathe in enough oxygen to adequately oxygenate our organs. When we reach these limits, we see an increase in lactic acid in our muscles, resulting in cramps and fatigue.

Some of the reasons why you can’t breath properly when running/walking - allergies, heat and humidity, cardiac disease, respiratory problems, and other more serious health issues

🏋🏽‍♀️ - most of the times you don’t need to go on a diet but you do need to eat less carbs. Protein, fat fish., etc, is a good way to start of a healthy diet. Although I have watched my sister only don’t cardio and lost 4 pounds in about 2-3 weeks.

💪🏽 - • 1 Month: You should notice an increase in muscle endurance. This means you can perform more repetitions or move to heavier weights.

💪🏽 - • 2 to 3 Months: After two to three months of consistent strength training, your muscles will become stronger, and you may even notice a slight increase in muscle definition.

💪🏽 - • 4 to 6 Months: You should see and feel your hard work paying off by now, and you will likely feel great about seeing the results!

💪🏽⏰ - two to three 30-45 minute sessions is plenty to gain muscle each day

⏰🌚 - no midnight snaking. You gain more weight when midnight snaking. You gain the fat when sleeping.

💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️ - doing extra sizes like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses will make you gain muscle the fastest.

💪🏽🏡 - you can still gain muscle at home. The workouts you can do are Lunges, Squats, Push-ups, Planks, Bicep curls, Split squats, Burpees.

👧🏽/🧒🏽 🏡 - losing body fat is very easy. 1,800 calories is 1 pound. You can lose about 1,000 calories but just jumping on a trampoline for 1 hour. Anyways losing body fat is Easy and here are some workout you can do Lunges and squats, Russian twists, Crunches, Strength training, Leg raises, High-intensity interval training (HIIT), Mountain climbers.
